Our natural reaction to change is negative. This response has been a matter of survival of our species. Given this initial perspective, this session will focus on how to create, support, and encourage behavioral change with your workforce and how you can support the changes you are making in business.
Communication is key to explaining why, who, what, how, and when by listening to your stakeholders' concerns and keeping everyone informed with what they need and want to know. A well-thought-out, longer-term strategy incorporates a practical process incorporating interactions to mitigate risk and reduce chaos. Practical suggestions are presented to help you based on real-world situations.
